How we work
We typically work on an hourly rate for smaller jobs, and a fixed price for larger projects – giving you more control over your budget. Once we have measured up and discussed your requirements, we will send you a written estimate and works schedule – keeping you informed at all times. Our larger works usually carry a 5 year workmanship guarantee – a rarity in the plumbing industry.
Our Office Manager, the lovely and multi-talented Vikki is always on hand to deal with your enquiries, she also helps to project manage and organise our work flows.

All materials are ordered before we start work and delivered on site from day one. If your work requires further trades - we've got it covered.
We have a select group of trades, including tilers, electricians, plasterers, builders and joiners.
Literally "Any Job? No Problem."
How we price
We do not charge for call outs or to provide estimates. We only charge you for the work we do (another rarity).
Our usual plumbing rate is £45 per hour (plus vat) and for gas work is £60 p/h plus vat. If an estimate is required then we can call round, measure up, discuss your requirements and provide a written quote.
We accept debit and credit card payments (credit card payments carry a 2.5% charge). VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%.
